when I was elementary school, I would pay a lot of attention to who got which valentine in my class. obviously my teacher got the biggest one, and my best friends. and also whoever I was crushing on. and then I would make sure that other boys got less lovey valentines because I didn’t want them to think I liked them.

Im all for getting healthy, my only advice is TAKE IT SLOW. DONT starve yourself. it is not healthy at all. excersize and eat well everyday and you should be good. and 50 lbs? I think thats too much? im no expert though
